Employee's declaration for ethical practice

Our employees promise to fulfill ethical management voluntarily through our declaration of ethical practice.

Partner company's declaration for ethical practice

A CEO of our partner company has to submit to Dae Han Lee Yon Inc. a declaration that they will not provide any kind of illegal bribery or treatment.

Ethical management training and promotion

They are reporting to the CEO about actual outcome and next year's plan for ethical management activities each year.

Ethical management registration/processing

We are operating a window where employees or partner companies can report about complaints or non ethical behaviors. Internet homepages, mobile apps are provided to open a reporting channel where employees, partners, or outsiders can report about issues. Once a report is registered, the management planning room will check and process it. The results are reported to the CEO.

Reporter protection

Confidentiality guarantee

We prohibit any disclosure or implication of the identify of a reporter without their consent.

Identify guarantee

Reporters can be protected against any kind of disadvantages imposed by their department or through trade relations due to reporting, testimony, data submission and etc.

Responsibility exemption

Even if an error or mistake is found in association with their report, the reporter's punishment can be exempted.
