Daehan fully complies with the international standard guidelines related to human rights and labor issues, such as UN's human rights declaration, ILO pact and etc. In addition, we aggressively execute our human rights management and make every effort to prevent human rights infringement on interested parties in the course of business operation and thus reduce risks related accordingly.

Prevention of discrimination and bullying at workplace

Daehan is operating a reporting channel and providing preventive training related to discrimination and bullying in order to create a safe and healthy environment for employees.

  • Providing discrimination/bullying prevention training at least once a year for employees
  • Proceeding according to the internal rules and procedures in case of bullying or discrimination
  • Providing and guiding the procedures for handling and preventing discrimination or bullying
  • Non-disclosure of facts or evidences that lead to a conjecture of reporter
  • HR actions on the perpetrator according to the internal rules

According to the safety and health management system under ISO 45001:2018, Dae Han Lee Yon Inc. is committed to ensuring settlement of safety culture where customers and all employees can participate, and creating a safe and refreshing working environment that can guarantee health and happiness of all employees through zero tolerance for industrial disasters.

Declaration of serious disasters prevention To prevent serious disasters, in March 2024, every employee participated in the declaration ceremony.
Required safety rules For successful promotion of sense of safety among employees,
we have established and operated the 8 main mandatory safety rules on every type of main risks, thus making every effort to promote a sense of safety among employees.
Strengthened safety management throughout the company We are committed to reinforcing the safety and health organization to systematically manage risks and hazards associated with safety/health and making every effort to secure the safety of business premises, implement a well-structured management system and create a safety culture accordingly.
Elimination of the roots of risks To secure the safety within facilities and during facility use in the business premise, we make sure our safety review results are reflected in the design. Prior to arrival at the warehouse, all the items are subject to certification according to the domestic laws. In addition, we inspect our facilities in operation to improve the possibilities for risks and hazards.
Safety management for partner companies We are committed to improving the level of safety/health for our partner companies and ensuring mutual survival/development in a safe/healthy environment by providing the relevant necessary information.
Safety health training To prevent safety accidents, we provide mandatory safety training for employees and interested parties. If you are a person from our partner companies who needs to enter or exit the business premise for construction works, then make sure to complete our safety training.
Emergency response We are ready to take immediate actions on accidents through our emergency response system. In order to strengthen our emergency response abilities, we are providing various emergency drills and training sessions based on various scenarios with different cases of safety accidents, fire, environment accidents, natural disasters and etc.
Promotion of health for employees We provide general, special and comprehensive health examinations to prevent diseases and manage health for our employees.
Safety culture activities We provide safety guidebooks created on our own to help our employees to promote the sense and abilities of safety on their own.

Conflict minerals

Conflict minerals refer to those minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold and etc., produced by a country with ongoing conflicts and their neighboring countries such as the democratic republic of Congo and etc.

Dae Han Lee Yon Inc. has established a conflict mineral management policy to ensure full social devotion and legal compliance and declared that no conflict minerals are used in our product.
